This week, I flunked. But it’s behind me. For you readers who are following and need to hear it, these kinds of weeks happen. The important thing is to not let it get out of control. Figure out the problem and improve.

Next goal: 5% of 400 lbs (20 lbs)
Most enjoyed meal: I enjoyed too many meals this week. Part of the reason I gained so much weight. Aside from the really bad things, I am still addicted to Chobani’s Almond Coco Loco Flips. Don’t see that ending any time soon.
Favorite workout of the week: It was a rough week as far as hitting steps goes. I was 1-for-7 in hitting 4,000 steps. Spent a lot of time in bed not feeling well. The rest of the time, I was stuck to a chair with a computer screen in my face. I can feel the difference.

This week, I learned that I’m still not handling surprises and extremely busy days at work well. When busy days hit, I tend to forget about moving throughout the day, I don’t plan as well, and I don’t stick to a proper eating schedule. I need to continue to remind myself that my health is extremely important and it needs to be my first priority.
This week, I’m looking forward to getting better.
